  • - Deposits made to Restaurant Jenius are 100% refundable, with no questions asked, pending buyer’s inspection of the purchased product.

Making a Purchase

  • - Choose between two payment options: Credit/Debit Card, Direct Bank Transfer

After Payment

  • - Once Restaurant Jenius receives your 25% deposit payment:
  • - You will receive the seller’s name, address, contact details, aalong with a google GPS map to the location.
  • - Please contact the seller directly to schedule a product inspection.

Completion of Purchase

  • - After a satisfactory product inspection, please submit the remaining 75% balance directly to Restaurant Jenius.
  • - Payments made to any other person or entity other than Restaurant Jenius will void your product warranty and result in the loss of your 25% deposit.

Pickup and Removal

  • - The buyer is responsible for scheduling the pickup and removal of purchased item(s) from the seller’s location.
  • - Lala Move is a recommended pickup and delivery service. You can download the Lala Move phone app directly from our website.

Liability for Damages

  • - Restaurant Jenius is not responsible for any damage to purchased item(s) during the delivery process.
  • - Please discuss any product damage directly with the chosen pickup and delivery service.

Warranty Protection

Warranty Coverage

  • - Restaurant Jenius acts as your warranty protection.
  • - Sellers often do not honor their warranty commitments, so Restaurant Jenius ensures your protection by withholding payment to the seller until your 10-day product warranty period has expired.

Warranty Claim Process

  • - In the event of a warranty claim, Restaurant Jenius has you covered.
  • - Warranty repair claims are limited to 50% of the purchase cost.
  • - Restaurant Jenius will arrange for all repairs to be done at the purchaser’s location.
